In Pinball RS, theres a few special event pokemon you can only
obtain through the Ruby board the game says but that's not
true!!!
These include:
- Chikorita
- Cyndaquil
- Totodile
- Aerodactyl
Also, Deoxys is not in Pinball RS! You CANNOT get it in the game.
Okay, so to get these Pokémon, you need special e-reader cards and a
e-reader card scanner if youre in japan!
If youre not in Japan, you can't get them through standard play.
Instead, you can get
them if you connect to another player who has got them as it
registers them to your Pokédex, so you would need to find a japanese
player with the e reader card. Then, if you got them registered in
your Pokédex, after you have completed the standard Hoenn Pokédex up
to a hundred entries, have one of the latis caught depending on
what board you're on, and caught over 5 Pokémon during play,
then the Pokémon will have a 1% chance of appearing in both fields
at any time. The order of appearance is: Cyndaquil, then Totodile,
then Chikorita and then Aerodactyl! Which is the inverse of their
national dex ordering!
once they appear you can catch them like any other pokémon.
These guys can't evolve though unlike other pokemon, by the way.
