Extremespeed Dratini   In order to get a Dratini with Extremespeed, you must properly answer a set of questions in the Dragon's Shrine within the Dragon's Den.  If you mis-answer just one question, the Dratini that you receive will fail to know Extremespeed.   After defeating Clair, enter the Dragon's Den, and go into the Shrine.  Once there, you'll be asked the below questions.  Afterwards, head outside, and Clair will give you the Raising Badge and a TM.  Re-enter the shrine, and talk to the head sage for Dratini. The first question is: "What is your Pokémon's existence to you?" The choices are: 1) Companion 2) Follower 3) Friend The second question is: "Which is necessary to win a Pokemon battle?" The choices are: 1) Strategy 2) Raising 3) Cheating The third question is: "What kind of Pokemon Trainer should you fight against?" The choices are: 1) Weak People 2) Strong People 3) Either/Both The fourth question is: "Which is important to teach while raising a Pokemon?" The choices are: 1) Love 2) Violence 3) Knowledge The fifth question is: "Which is more important: a strong Pokemon or a weak Pokemon?" The choices are: 1) Strong is. 2) Either/Both 3) Weak is. If you answered with a response in red lettering above, then you will have a normal Dratini with Twister. If you answered without choosing any of the responces in red lettering above, then you will have a Dratini with Twister and Extremespeed as well!
